Hello for one last time in this series!
We're at Williams Yard in Kings Port where the last remaining PCCM cars are going to be forwarded to their respective consignees to wrap things up for PCCM 112!
Two gons loaded with irrigation pipe from Gervais Pipe and Fittings are set out at the unloading platform for the Hudson Valley Ag COOP
A short Yard Local is being prepared to serve the nearby Gulf facility on the river and Boom's Ready Mix. The TP&W #627 is loaded with steel wool for Booms.
Three empty tankers are headed to the Gulf facility.
The Yard Local heads out of Williams Yard and sets out the cars. A KP&W RDC is seen heading toward Marion on the highline with second shift employees for Hedberg Aggregates.
The TP&W car is set out at Booms Ready Mix...
..and the three tankers are delivered to Gulf.
That finishes the Yard Local's work! The switchers and caboose will return to Williams Yard where a crew is assembling today's Steel Job for KP Steel, seen below.
While we can't see them all from this angle, cars included on the Steel Job from Williams Yard today are:
Five empty Evans Steel Coil Coaches....
...six hoppers loaded with Hudson Coal...
...and three gondolas loaded with scrap metal for the Basic Oxygen Furnace.
KP&W
GP9 #742 is assigned to the Steel Job and moves to couple up to the
strings of cars before leading them out of the yard. The cut of cars later arrives at the steel complex.
That is the last delivery of PCCM cars on the KPD for this series! Thanks for following along! Time to tie up and go to beans!
See you next time!

Great job closing out PCCM 112 Ralph!!!! The KP&W has once again proven itself to be a friendly interchange partner generating, delivering and interchanging PCCM freight traffic in a timely manner. It could be said that PCCM 112 was more of a KPWCM!!! As always I enjoyed the car movements thru the KP&W and today's finale was an excellent end to our three layout virtual op. Put it in the books!!!
